Approval of a Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Ennis, Texas, authorizing the Mayor to execute a professional services agreement with Innovative Transportation Solutions( ITS) to provide consulting services for all Transportation funding and programming issues related to the Texas Department of Transportation in a total annual amount not to exceed $90,000; and authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute any documents in connection therewith.

F.1. Discuss and consider a Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Ennis, Texas, casting the official ballot for the Texas Municipal League Intergovernmental Risk Pool Board of Trustees Election for places 1 through 4, each for a six-year term.

F.2. Discuss and consider a Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Ennis, Texas, authorizing Task Order One with Gresham Smith for City of Ennis Operations Center Engineering Services in a sum not to exceed One Million Three Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand One Hundred Ninety-Nine Dollars and Zero Cents ($1,365,199.00) and authorizing the City Manager or designee to execute any documents in connection therewith.

F.3. Discuss and consider an Ordinance of the City Commission of the City of Ennis, Texas, amending Section 2-1 “Municipal Fee and Use Schedule” in Article I “In General” of Chapter 2 “Administration” of the Code of Ordinances by codifying and adopting a revised comprehensive Schedule of Fees to be charged for municipal services; and providing an effective date.
