Discuss and consider a Resolution approving a Lease Agreement between the City of Ennis and the Ennis Economic Development Corporation (EEDC) for the City’s occupancy and use of designated portions of the Ennis Welcome Center located at 201 N.W. Main Street, and authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. (Part 1 of 2)
