G.1. Discuss and consider a Resolution approving an Interlocal Agreement with the Regional Transportation Council (RTC) and the North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) for the Ennis Avenue Grade Separation Funding Partnership, authorizing the Mayor to execute the agreement, providing an effective date, authorizing the City’s additional contribution of $5 million as local funds advanced by the RTC on behalf of the City, and authorizing repayment by the City of Ennis of said local funds advanced by RTC by the City of Ennis Tax Increment Investment Zone Number 1 (TIRZ #1).
