Review Procedures, Section 3.2 Common Review Procedures, Section 3.2.6 Public Notice, 3.3 Specific Review Procedures, Sections 3.3.7 Historic Overlay or Local Landmark Designation, 3.3.8 Certificate of Appropriateness (Coa), and 3.3.9 Certificate of Demolition or Relocation of a Historic Building, and Section 3.4 Enforcement and Penalties, Section 3.4.2 Violations; Article VI. E.5. Approval of a Resolution awarding bid 25-512-09 to Texas Haul Off for Tim Gauna Park Buildings and Site Demolition in an amount not to exceed sixty seven thousand, seven hundred sixty four dollars, and twenty fix cents ($67,764.25), and authorize the Mayor to execute necessary documents.
E.6. Approval of a Resolution of the City of Ennis, Texas, authorizing the utilization of an interlocal agreement with the City of Waxahachie, Texas, to piggyback on their contract with Lantana Landscape Services; and authorizing the Mayor to execute all necessary documents.

Discuss and consider approval of a Resolution accepting a Petition submitted by the property owners requesting voluntary annexation of an approximate 4.535 acres tract of land situated in the City of Ennis ETJ, Texas, being a part of David Rose Survey, Abstract No. 905, Ellis County, Texas, generally known as 4908 Ensign Road, and further identified as Ellis CAD ID 189945; calling a public hearing; authorizing the City Secretary to notice said hearing; and authorizing staff to enter into a written services agreement.

Discuss and consider an Ordinance accepting a Certificate of Unopposed Candidate for City of Ennis Commissioner Ward 5, declaring the candidate for Commissioner Ward 5 elected, cancelling the May 3, 2025 General Election for Commissioner Ward 5, and directing the City Secretary to post the Resolution at polling locations.
G.3. Discuss and Consider an Ordinance amending Chapter 2, Section 2-1 Municipal Fee and Use Schedule and amending Schedule of Fees for Municipal Services for FY 2025
