H.1. Discuss and consider a Resolution by the City Commission of the City of Ennis, Texas, authorizing the Mayor to execute a Memorandum of Understanding between the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service (TEEX), the sponsoring agency of Texas A&M Task Force 1, and the City of Ennis, Texas; and authorize the Fire Chief to execute Attachment C, the Agency Letter of Endorsement.
H.2. Discuss and consider a Resolution ratifying the purchase of emergency repair services of the 6” clay gravity wastewater main located in the alley near 410 N Gaines St to the Alamo Middle School from Vortex Services, LLC in a sum of Fifty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Fifty-Five Dollars and Zero Cents ($59,655.00).
H.3. Discuss and consider a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign an Inter-Local Agreement between Ellis County and the City of Ennis, affiliating members of the Ennis Police Department with the Ellis County Sheriff's Office Special Investigations Unit (SIU).
H.4. Discuss and consider a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to sign an Inter-Local Agreement between Ellis County and the City of Ennis, affiliating members of the Ennis Police Department with the Ellis County Sheriff's Office Special Response Team (SRT).
H.5. Discuss and consider approval of street closure permit for Cinco De Mayo Viva La Culture. THIS ITEM WAS TABLED AT THE FEBRUARY 4, 2025 CITY COMMISSION MEETING.

J.1. Discuss and consider approval of a Resolution authorizing the City Secretary to execute all necessary documents for the facility known as Windmill Nursing and Rehabilitation Center pursuant to the Quality Incentive Payment Program.
J.2. Discuss and consider appropriate action regarding a Resolution approving an Operations Transfer Agreement between the City and Decatur Hospital Authority for Decatur Medical Lodge; and authorize the Mayor or designee to finalize and execute necessary documents to effectuate the transfer of the nursing facility.
J.3. Discuss and consider appropriate action regarding a Resolution approving an Operations Transfer Agreement between the City and Decatur Hospital Authority for Bridgeport Medical Lodge nursing facility; and authorize the Mayor or designee to finalize and execute necessary documents to effectuate the transfer of the nursing facility.
