Discuss and consider approval of a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Schaumburg & Polk, Inc. for relocation of an existing waterline at Ennis Avenue near Paris Street in the 600 block of East Ennis Avenue / BUS287 in a sum not to exceed Fifty-Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars And Zero Cents ($58,750.00) plus allowable contingencies

H.2. Discuss and consider approval of a resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Professional Services Agreement with Schaumburg & Polk, Inc. for design, bidding phase, and construction administrative services for project Water Treatment Plant Expansion and High Service Pump and Raw Water Pump Upgrades in a sum not to exceed One Million Eighty-Two Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($1,082,700.00).

H.3. Discuss and consider the Mayor's nominees to the Ennis Main Street Board.
