H.1. Discuss and consider approval of a Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Ennis, Texas, authorizing the Mayor to execute a professional service contract with 65th North Group, LLC for an Internal Control and Fraud Risk Vulnerability Study, in the estimated amount of $42,210.00.
