Discuss and consider approval of a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute Supplement to the Agreement for Street lighting services by and between ONCOR Electric Delivery Company LLC and City of Ennis dated December 03, 2003, to provide ten (10) Street lights to Phase 3 of the Stonewyck Farms addition for an additional $14.00 per month, via the DocuSign e-signature platform.
G.10. Discuss and consider approval of a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a Contract with Texas Materials Group, Inc. dba TexasBit to furnish and install HMAC overlay construction services on West Ennis Parkway through the 2024 Annual Streets Material bid for a total not to exceed amount of Sixty-Seven Thousand One Hundred and Twenty-Five Dollars and Zero Cents ($67,125.00), plus allowable contingencies.
