Discuss and consider all matters incident and related to the issuance, sale and delivery of "City of Ennis, Texas, Combination Tax and Limited Pledge Revenue Certificates of Obligation, Series 2024" to be used for General Capital Projects and Utility Capital Projects, including the adoption of an ordinance authorizing the issuance of such certificates of obligation.
G.3. Discuss and consider a resolution authorizing application for financial assistance from the Texas Water Development Board for the lead service line inventory and replacement program; authorizing the Mayor to execute necessary documents; and making certain findings in connection therewith.
G.4. Discuss and consider approval of a resolution of the City of Ennis, Texas approving the professional services agreement with IMEG Consultants Corp. for structural engineering services and authorizing the Mayor to execute all necessary documents.
