Conduct a Public Hearing and discuss and consider approval of an Ordinance amending the Zoning Map of the City of Ennis, Texas, from R-10 – Single Family Residential 10 to PD – Planned Development (PD-24.04.16) for an approximately 15.978 acre tract of land situated in the Thomas Havens Survey, Abstract No. 489, City of Ennis, Ellis County, Texas. Golden Spike Dr and Baker Dr. PID Nos. 185438 and 196699. The requested rezoning includes a mixed use planned development with townhome and assisted living uses.

H.1. Discuss and consider a resolution of The City Commission of the City of Ennis, Texas repealing Resolution 24-0507-G4 awarding 24-511-10, The Museum Facade Project Bid, to the apparent best value bidder DRD Custom Construction; Finding that the bid submitted by DRD Custom Construction was non-responsive; and awarding 24-511- 10 the Museum Facade Project Bid to Talbert Rodd, in an amount not to exceed $62,337 plus allowable contingencies; authorizing the Mayor or Designee to execute necessary documents; and providing an effective date.

H.2. Discuss and consider all matters incident and related to approving and authorizing publication of Notice of Intention to Issue Combination Tax and Revenue Certificates of Obligation, including the adoption of a Resolution pertaining thereto.

H.3. Discuss and consider appointments to the Airport Advisory Board.

H.4. Discuss and consider appointments and reappointments to the Historic Landmark Commission.

H.5. Discuss and consider appointments to the Parks Board.

H.6. Discuss and consider reappointments to the Planning and Zoning Commission.
