F.1. Conduct a public hearing and discuss and consider an Ordinance establishing a comprehensive policy statement and program for economic development incentives in the form of a Small Business Catalyst Grant Program.
F.2. Discuss and consider an Ordinance annexing the hereinafter described territory known as Ellis CAD IDs 294005, 294006, 294007, 294008, 294009, 294010, 294011, 294012, 294013, 294014 and 294015, generally located at 861 Valek Road; and being an approximate 45.463 acre tract of land situated in the Thomas M. Rowe Survey, Abstract 890, Lots 2R-11R, Block A, Camodo Addition, Ellis County, Texas; and the proposed annexation of those portions of Valek Road and FM 85 adjacent to said territory and extending the boundary limits of the City so as to include the described property.
F.3. Discuss and consider an Ordinance annexing the hereinafter described territory known as being a portion of Ellis CAD ID 185462, generally located at the northwest corner of US Highway 287 and Interstate 45; and being an approximate 48.822 acre tract of land situated in the W. Dixon Survey, Abstract 308, and in the C. Holmead Survey, Abstract 497, Ellis County, Texas; and the proposed annexation of that portion of North Old Alma Road adjacent to said territory and extending the boundary limits of the City so as to include the described property.
F.4. Conduct a public hearing and discuss and consider an Ordinance amending the Zoning Map of the City of Ennis, Texas, from A- Agricultural to L-IM- Light Industrial Manufacturing for a 48.822 acres lot, tract, or parcel along US 287 and Old Alma Road. Portion of Ellis CAD ID 185462.
F.5. Discuss and consider approving the 2024 Historic Landmark Tax Exemptions.
