G.2. Discuss and consider a Resolution determining the costs of certain authorized improvements to be financed by the Prairie View Public Improvement District; approving a preliminary service plan and assessment plan, including proposed assessment roll; calling a regular meeting and noticing a public hearing for April 16, 2024 to consider an ordinance levying assessments on property located within the Prairie View Public Improvement District; directing the filing of the proposed assessment roll with the city secretary to make available for public inspection; directing city staff to publish and mail notice of said public hearing; and resolving other matters incident and related thereto.

G.3. Discuss and consider a Resolution approving a reimbursement agreement with the Prairie View Public Improvement District with Lennar Homes of Texas Land and Construction, Ltd.; authorizing and directing the Mayor of the City to execute the reimbursement agreement; and providing an effective date.

G.4. Discuss and consider approval of a request from Habitat for Humanity to waive Utility Fees for a property located at 1207 N. Ripley.
